Habang nagkakape at gumagawa ako ng powerpoint presentation, biglang sumampa si Baymax sa aking hita sabay nag-unat ng kanyang katawan.😊 Alam nyo ba na may ipinapahiwatig na mensahe ang mga a*o kapag nag-iistretch sila sa harapan natin? Ang tawag dito ay "greeting stretch". Ito ang kanilang language para sabihin na gusto ka nila at komportable sila sa iyo. Ito rin ang kanilang paraan para sabihin na "𝒎𝒂𝒉𝒂𝒍 𝒌𝒂 𝒏𝒊𝒍𝒂" kung kaya't tinatawag din ito ng karamihan na "I love you stretch" ng mga a*o.💖

Today, I received three heart shaped balloons. 💖💖💖 Then, I am contemplating if ano kayang pinaparealize sa akin today.😊 Oh siya, basahin mo para may reflection ka rin bago matulog.😁

First, bakit kaya may mga panahon na we consciously opt not to reciprocate feelings of love from others? Simply, we want to do self-preservation. We are guarding ourselves against potential hurt or vulnerability in the future. We tend to build walls not because there is no love left in us but because we just made the choice to prioritize our own well-being and emotional health, even if it means setting boundaries or saying no to others.

Second, I realized that our presence on others is often underestimated. Baka hindi lang natin napapansin that we have impact to the people around us. We can bring light, comfort, and a sense of belonging to them. When we listen to others or offer companionship, it may convey sense of love and support. It may be a simple gesture for us yet meaningful pala para sa kanila.

Finally, love has a way of defying our expectations minsan. It's surprising to know that there are individuals, whose love is least anticipated, ultimately offer it (love) to us. Well, human connections ika nga.😊

US-based Kapampangan content creator Chris Punsalan has confirmed the passing of his 97-year old grandmother Anicia Santos Manipon.

In his vlogs, Punsalan showed how Kapampangans care for their family members especially elders. This has warmed the hearts of his (Chris) growing social media followers all over the world.

Pampanga Governor Delta also sent his condolences to the family of Chris.

"Makirame ku pu kareng meulila ng Grandma (Anicia Santos Manipon) ning kasiping tang b***n Tarlac. Pangadi ta ya pu ing meangubie. Pasalamat ku rin kang Chris (Christopher Milan Punsalan). Tiru na kekatamu makananu lulugud kareng matua tamu," Pineda posted.
