I’ve been a coach for 9 years. This is the advice I’d give myself if I could go back.
It's not about the money, the girl, the business strategies, or the jacked body, it's about how you feel inside first. When you get that right, all that other stuff will come.
I chased all that sh!!t for years and got none of it, then I shifted my efforts inward, and I have all the things I was chasing.
It's time to open your eyes to what's available for you and step out of the blackness, and shine light on your dark shadows.
The last few years have been an initiation of masculinity, it felt heavy and out of control a lot of the time.
Enough is enough, It's time to stop playing small, playing it safe, and choosing less for yourself.
The women of this world are asking us to be better men, this is your chance to honor that request.
The time has come for you to choose yourself so that you can be more present, get in better shape, have better sekks, earn more money and... bottom line... be a happier healthier version of yourself.
It's time to get on the dance floor and actually participate in your own happiness.
There is a version of that is calling you forward, waiting for you to cowboy up and fully claim your masculine essence.
Your woman needs you to do this.
If you have kids they need you to do this.
Your ancestors need you to do this.
Your soul needs you to do this.
Let me ask you one question:
What do you know you get to do, and who do you get to be FROM THIS MOMENT forward, so that when you die, you die complete?
The NCAA Tournament, aka March Madness, is known as 'The Big Dance'.
All season long and into the conference tournaments every team is playing to "go dancing", as they say.
That means that every action, every practice, every game is geared towards giving them the chance to get in the 68 team dance.
Maybe you're a sports fan, maybe you're not- either way this concept applies to your life; for you the dance is your life and the experience of it.
Maybe you like dancing, maybe you don't like dancing, that's irrelevant- this concept matters.
It's time to give yourself the chance to dance.
