Intermittent fasting typically 16 hours fasted with an 8 hour window of eating all of your recommended calorie intake. Sometimes 18,20 hours fasted.
I’ve personally been eating breakfast around noon sometimes 2 pm. This has been helping me drop weight aside from being a more conscious eater.
My goals with this is to drop weight, focus on other things 🏋🏻 earlier on in the day. Sleep schedule has been good with 6-8 hours as I am always up before 5 am.
Taking things serious is giving me results.
