I know you have a lot of regrets. I know you hate yourself for making the wrong decisions. You envision your past self quite often and think that they would be disappointed in you. You assume your future self would be furious with you for all the choices that you are making today. I want you to know that you are not hated by different versions of yourself. You are growing, becoming. Your past self isn't disappointed in you. Instead they are sad that you had to go through so much alone. They know how much potential you have, how kind and soft you are. They know how you look when you smile with all your heart and what you are capable of becoming. Your future self isn't angry with you. Instead, they look at you with warmth and grief. They know that you tried every day, even when nothing seemed to change. They know how often you had terrible thoughts, how often you called yourself awful, how much you hated yourself. They know all of it, so they are proud that you kept going on. They know that you made wrong decisions but that was the best you could do at that time. You weren't trying to fail, you weren't deliberately trying to push yourself into a pitfall. So, I want you to know that your past self wants you to stop being disappointed in yourself. They want you to finally move on from the agony of losing the version of yourself that you were. And your future self wants you to know that even if it seems like you are standing still, you are still trying and that is all that matters. That is enough proof that you are moving forward, even if it's unrecognizable on most days. Your past and future self cares for you and wants you to be kind to yourself, no matter how remorseful you feel. I hope you remember that and forgive yourself for being so harsh. I hope you continue to try and become the version of yourself that you have been working so hard on.

sabi nila dadating yung tao sa buhay mo for two reasons, it's either lesson or blessings sila sayo, pero ang sarap lang sa feeling na makatagpo ng tao na both lesson and blessing na sayo, lesson to the point na marami ka natutunan sa sarili mo and sa relasyon n'yo, nalalaman mo yung màli at mabuting gawin. nagiging better kayo sa isat-isa, blessing when it comes to have a person na marunong mag stay habang 'di ka pa best at 'di ka iniwàn kahit maraming mali sa'yo, sobrang sarap sa feeling kapag meron kang ganon na tao sa buhay mo.

oa, ma drama, ano pa? sabihin nyo lang kung anong gusto nyong sabihin, kasalanan ba namin may gan'to kaming nararamdaman? kasalanan ba namin pa ulit-ulit nalang kaming nasasaktan? siguro nga oo pero dapat ba palagi nalang? no, tao din kami napapagod natatablan ng sakit, kahit ano pa yang mga simpleng salita basta malambot yung puso kahit anong, oras ,minuto o segundo bigla² kaming nakakaramdam ng sakit, nanghihina kami pag di na namin kayang ihundle yung dinadala namin problema. Kaya wag na wag kayong humusga agad kung tumatawa kayo okay lang kung na o'oa-han kayo ayos lang, Di nyo kasi nararamdaman kasi di nyo rin naman nararanasan.

Kaya minsan di ako nagrerespond sa messages nyo kase alam kong mabobored lang kayo kapag kausap ako. I'm a boring person ok? I don't know how to make conversations long, mapapagod ka lang kakaisip ng topic kase 'di ako marunong magisip ng topic. I am really bad at communicating. So kapag di keta nireplyan hindi dahil ayaw kita kausap, ayaw ko lang masayang yung oras mo sa boring person na katulad ko.
