So what did I learn by watching the hearing this evening? I had no idea that they were already at the Capitol when he was speaking. I thought he was back at the White House when the breach happened. I was very very wrong. Those mofos had a plan all along.

I’m watching the January 6th hearing and I’m real confused. Where is the “legitimate political discourse” that the Republicans keep talking about. As my mom said, ”this s**t is embarrassing”. Seriously, we look like the countries we make fun of.

I’m watching MSNBC and NYU Professor Melissa Murray is citing every single case that I mention in this weeks episode. It’s like she’s in my head!!

Starting a podcast takes time and a lot of work. I'm not complaining, I'm enjoying it a lot.

I did a lot of research to figure out what was the best digital audio workstation and microphone to use...and I spent a lot of money on that equipment. I have a website and podcast host site to maintain. Thankfully I already have a MacBook because it's great for recording podcast and GarageBand is included software. I have to write a script, record, and then edit and mix my podcast.

If I don't respond quickly to your messages and phone calls, I'm not being an as***le or trying to be rude. I still have a full-time job with a big sales quota and I'm also working on my podcast.

Stay tuned as I plan on dropping episode 2 on Monday evening!

Clarence Thomas did not recuse himself from the case that allowed his wife's text messages to be released to the January 6th Committee. Thomas did not write a dissent, but he noted that he would have granted Trump’s request to block the release of the documents.

Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson has said she would recuse herself from the Harvard affirmative action case, because she's on some board. This dude was blocking his wife's text messages and didn't recuse himself.

The wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas repeatedly texted then-White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, urging him: “Do not concede.”

I’m working on next week’s episode of “In the Simplest of Terms” and we’re going to focus on legal-political issues. I’m going to talk about Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s confirmation hearing. We’re also going to discuss the lawsuit filed by former President Trump against Secretary Hillary Clinton, former FBI Director James Comey, the DNC and host of others.

Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson checks all of the boxes when it comes to judicial nominees. She’s one of the nominees that actually tried cases in trial court and she’s been a district and court of appeals judge. Questions are being asked about her qualifications that were not asked of other nominees. Hands down she has more legal and judicial experience than most recent nominees.

Hi everyone. Sorry, but I’m pushing my podcast launch back one week. I spent most of last week in Arizona and Orlando for work and I have a bunch of big appointments next week. I also have a sick doggy that required me to use the carpet cleaner at 11:30 last night and she’s still not feeling well today. I will update the date of launch. Thank you all and it will be worth the wait!
