Core11’s Inside Sales Agent (ISA) position is at the core of our business model, and represents a well paid growth-oriented opportunity for Real Estate Agents, without having to get in the field or service full transactions. The ISA oversees initial receipt and management of inbound lead as well as executing upon outbound marketing and sales initiatives.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Core11’s Inside Sales Agent (ISA) will field inquiries and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by Core11. The ISA will assist in all aspects of the client acquisition process by prospecting, nurturing, setting appointments and managing leads in our Client Relationship Management (CRM) database system. The ISA will obtain critical information about the buyer and seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for Core11 Agents. The ISA will also assist with recruiting efforts of new agents to Core11.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learn and utilize CRMs and marketing/lead technologies
- Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue goals while responding efficiently to client inquiries.
- Complete outbound calls, emails and texts as part of established outreach and sales initiatives to potential clients to set appointments or facilitate transactions.
- Rapidly respond to incoming leads within established goals and operating procedures to ensure you are the first to make contact.
- Cultivate relationships with clients to learn their needs and desires as a home buyer and/or seller.
- Accurately qualify potential clients for appointments and advise on transaction opportunities
- Practice, internalize and utilize scripts to optimize performance
Follow up with all leads in the pipeline, as necessary.
- Maintain the CRM with accurate and current information to ensure data integrity.
- Lead and participate in client outreach activities electronically, telephonically and through client events.
Accurately track and report productivity to leadership.
- Assist in recruiting new agents to Core11.
REQUIREMENTS
Position is based out of Walton County, FL but is remote and will accept applications from any individual with an Active Florida Real Estate License.
Job Type: Full-time or Part-Time
Pay: Potential Salary + Commission.

8 Hour Shift
5 Days per Week
