Why is SLP and the Crypto Market is crashing?

To most of you specially to those who are here playing and invested in Axie, panicking and wondering why this SLP crash is happening, pati narin sa mga walang kalubay lubay na FUDers and cry babies. I did this slight research for you.. to maybe ease the worry and somehow (hopefully) educate you and remind you na itong pinasok nyo ay real deal crypto world at hindi basta easy peasy play to earn kid’s play na puro rainbows at the end of the road.

SLP is crashing, crypto and security markets are having a turbulence, and global ecomony is having a sharp slowdown because of Evergrande’s possible bankruptcy. Not only because of unlimited supply ng SLP, hindi lang dahil sa wala pang update ang axie, hindi dahil ito ay rugpull at scam, hindi din to dahil tatakbo ng presidency si Manny but aside from other usual causes, it is mainly because of EVERGANDE ISSUE. If you wanna know more, just read para informed ka, kasi in trading and in real life, you must be aware sa current events lalo kung naginvest ka. I’ll to make it short.

By most accounts, Evergrande is considered a giant sa Chinese Economy. Hindi lang ito isang real estate company, meron din itong subsidiaries dedicated sa electric cars, health care, entertainment industry at consumer products that generates 3.8Million jobs sabi sa website nila. Sa laki nito, bawat problema na kakaharapin nito, it could result in slowdown sa real estate sector at magkaron ng domino effect sa Chinese economy and even sa global economy! Imagine that.. or Imagine this – (for education purposes only) if kunwari our SM declared bankruptcy, it’s not just the Sys who will be affected, pati ikaw na nasa bahay lang mararamdaman mo epekto nito sa pagbaba ng economy.. why? Kasi SM is so big that it is considered one of the great contributors and pillar sa Philippine economy.

But don’t worry, some analysts says that the chances of this making a big impact sa global economy is very unlikely and that what we are experiencing is just a market turbulence.

THEN BAKIT NAGCCRASH ANG MARKET?

Because of sell offs! Parang sa SLP but in a bigger scale, sa takot na mas bumaba pa ito ng tuluyan, marami ang naghahabol na magbenta para kahit papano ay maiwasan ang mas mababang presyo at pagkalugi lalo na ng mag investors/traders sabayan pa ng mga players natin na gusto din kahit papano makacashout kahit papano sa halagang kwatro or mas mababa ng bahagya dito thus resulting sa patuloy na mas pagbaba ng presyo nito. Also take note and always remember, sell offs in BTC and other major coins could affect the whole Crypto Markets. BTC DUMPS = Altcoins Dumps harder.

Though, without taking out emotions as factor, nakakatakot talaga and maiisip ng iba and tuluyan ng babagsak at mawawala na yung pinaginvestan nila. Let me tell you this, in investing, this same worry and fear could be a huge opportunity! If you missed the time to buy in a much lower price nung nagsisimula palang ang BTC, and ETH o ang axie, then take this as another chance given to you to buy at a low price. Paulit ulit na may nagsasabi, BUY LOW SELL HIGH. Though this is not a financial advise and we never know gano ang itatagal ng dip na ito ng market, or ng SLP or ng presyo ng axies sa marketplace, but if you’re brave enough and you know kung ano tong pinapasok mo and just take the leap, imagine the rewards once nagsubside ang problema at nagsimula na ang price and market correction.

All axie players and managers who are earning great figures now are the ones na nagtake risk before. Take note, they took risk nung mga panahon na wala pang naniniwala sa pinapasok nila, nung mga panahon na below piso pa ang SLP, nung mga panahon na lahat sila nangangapa pa. BMON the next AXIE??

Well that's how its developers describe it.. I just recently bumped into this new NFT (Non-Fungible Token) Game called BINEMON which is a card based game (just like Pokemon) where you can collect (Instant Stake), Trade Cards, and Battle while earning (In the next phase of the launching).

Since it was launch, the initial value of BMON Token is at .50pesos last July 11 and now it's current market price is at 12.52 pesos each token.

Since this is an NFT based game, every card has its own value and could go up to millions of pesos depending on its rarity.

"It's been an intense week for the Axie nation and we want to provide some clarity and transparency around the server issues and how we are dealing with them.

As we’ve experienced exponential growth, some issues have popped up with the game server. Hooking a game up to blockchain data is a new invention; something that nobody has ever done before with a large number of players. Things were going smoothly until the last few weeks but the server started to breakdown once we passed 500,000 daily active players.

Obviously, not being able to play is a very painful experience. Fixing these issues is our #1 priority.

What We're Doing

• We've shifted more of our engineering team to work on fixing this.
• We've hired additional engineers to work on server scaling.
• We've hired someone from within the Axie community to lead and build out our support system. We will introduce him in the coming days!
• We will be deploying periodic maintenances with upgrades that may make things better. Sometimes they will not work, we need to test live to see if the changes we make are having the expected effect.

We aren’t sure when things will go back to normal, it could be days or perhaps weeks.

It's important for us that everyone in the community understands that we are operating on the bleeding edge of a new industry. If we could solve our problems by simply turning on a new server or staggering logins we would have already done that.

If you find yourself becoming frustrated and want to lash out please take a deep breath and remember that Axie Infinity is still in an alpha state. The game is not released on Google Play / Apple store for a reason.

Thank for you for the patience as we go through this historic time. It pains us to see so many of our beloved community members having issues. We are working very hard. We will get it done.

What is the main cause of AXIE INFINITY FUD??? (Very long post)

Today is the 5th day of AXIE INFINITY SERVER STABILITY ISSUES and many of us specially those who just started or just bought their first ever team of axies hopeful that this is the start of their financial freedom are scared and having fear and doubt (FUD) about the game, the system and the developers causing uncontrolled negative behavior not just in FB Axie Community but also in the main discord server of AXIE INFINITY (Restricted tuloy tayo sa Discord! YEY)

Sabayan pa ng pagbaba ng SLP at ng value ng AXS na nitong mga nakaraang araw ay umabot sa 20.43 pesos isa (SLP).

Ang tanong? signs ba ito na pabagsak na ang AXIE INFINITY? Wala na ba yung investment mo na nitong linggo nabili mo sa halagang isang daang libo?

First. I wouldn't blame you if you enter AXIE INFINITY dahil lang sa alam mong kikita ka ng 20 pesos per SLP without any Crypto knowledge and how it works. Naginvest ka and all you wanna do is earn earn earn, and a slight downtrend scares you.

Any crypto currency is very VERY Volatile and a lot of factors affects its movement. SLP IS CRYPTO. A simple rule - kapag madaming bumibili, tataas ang value nito, kapag madami naman nagbebenta bababa ang value nito. High Demand = High Price, vice versa.

SO, MADAMI NAGBEBENTA NG SLP NGAYON KAYA BUMABA ANG VALUE NITO? YES, that's one of the reasons. But also, (Traders know this) during payday and weekends, normal ang dump ng crypto coins and we've seen worst before. Do you know DOGE COIN? another crypto na nagwindang sa karamihan ng traders dahil sa grabeng dump nito in a single day. They are both crypto, but they are different. (Let's talk about that later). So, this dump shouldn't scare you at all, though nakakahinayang kasi di ka pa nagpapalit nung 16-18 pesos per SLP pa. (Hoard mo nalang muna kung di mo pa naman need na need ng pera)

Another reason of a crypto dump, or market dip is the Bitcoin Dominance. In layman's term, kapag si bitcoin bumaba, all other coins ay bumababa din. Bitcoin is KING! But actually, SLP and AXIE COMMUNITY are so strong na andaming BTC dump na nangyari these past few months but SLP stayed at 6 pesos each. Di mo pa naappreciate how impressive that is, let me tell you - THAT'S HELLA IMPRESSIVE! Other coins drops its value up to thousands when BTC dips, but SLP just loose a couple of peso. Tapos ngayon bumababa lang sa 12 pesos tokats ka na? Sa ibang mga nauna 6 pesos each palang pasko na!

PAREHAS PALA SILA NG DOGECOIN, EH DAMI NASUNUGAN DON EDI NAKAKATAKOT PALA YANG SLP AT AXIE NA YAN! (A+ for my monologue xD) Parehas sila because they are both Crypto Currency, they are both very volatile, they are both affected by market and other external factors.. BUT! They are very different in nature. That's why they both have different risks to consider if you want to invest on them both. DOGE COIN has no USE CASE, (or atleast before, ngayon di ko alam kung meron na other than Elon Musk actually used Dogecoin to fund one of his rockets). SLP actually has clear use case and an impressive use case cycle. You just don't farm SLP and sell it, Breeders that are also players needs and use SLP to breed new Axies, then this new axies will be used again by other players to farm SLPs, then sell those newly farmed SLPs to breeders again and the cycle goes on and on. Wala pa dyan yung next phase ng game na possible magpataas pa lalo ng demand, baka may bagong use case na naman non ang ating beloved SLPs. So the need and demand don't stop. That's the genius and beauty of this game (atleast for me).

We also have to consider the season and date as to why these crypto currencies pumps and dumps. Historically, JUNE, JULY, and AUGUST are the months that produces the lowest revenue in trading- specially AUGUST (Ghost Month) so that's another factor to consider why we're experiencing dips. Pero imagine, may ganyan pala pero umabot padin ng 20 ang SLP.

WALA NA PO MABILAN NG AXIE TEAMS NA MURA. Wala na nga hahahaha price of a decent team of AXIES are now ranging from 90-100k and up. It is because of the doubled breeding requirement (2 AXS na naging 4 AXS) tapos 1k+ pesos na per AXS these past few weeks at mataas na price ng SLP, eh talagang tataas. Tapos wala naman regulation ang prices ng AXIES so wala tayo magagawa don. MASYADO NA BANG OVERPRICED??? well for me, honestly oo. Pero like what i've said, walang regulation ang prices and mataas nadin talaga ang breeding cost kaya ganyan. Market is shifting na, kaya kung isa ka sa mga naging choosy nung medyo mura pa eh gumastos ka nalang ng mas mataas ngayon. hahaha LET's NOT FORGET that AXIE is an NFT Game. NFT as in Non Fungible Tokens.

NFT is known as “non-fungible token” and represents an online marketplace where digital collectibles or creations are bought and sold, sometimes fetching prices in the millions.

Take note of "Digital Collectibles or Creations". If you own an AXIE, that is exclusively yours if it's on your possession and it is actually a digital or virtual art that is considered collectible. Just like an exclusive and one of a million painting. No matter how ugly it is, it is yours and you can put a price on it kahit gano ito kamahal. Kaya wala tayo magagawa kung magkano presyo ng axies na nakikita mong binebenta. Take it or leave it! You might end up not owning any!

Anyways. Masyado ng mahaba hahaha for the mean time, let's take this time to rest and support our developers kasi they are working very hard to fix this. Bukod sa pressure na binibigay nating players, specially ng toxic players na baka nga hindi pa talaga players, there's a whole lot pressure coming from our BIG PARTNERS such as Samsung, HTC, Ubisoft at kung ano ano pa. Kaya naman, bashing and negative things coming out from us ay hindi nakakatulong. Baka nga yung pagpipilit natin magfarm at makapasok sa game eh nagpapahirap at nagpapabigat pa lalo sa pagaayos ng server (I'm guilty xD sayang SLP) hahahaha for the managers wag nyo pressurin ang scholars nyo kasi di naman nila kasalanan tong server issues (unless toxic sila kick na yan) hahaha

BOTTOMLINE : I know it's a lot of information, and a lot of things na hindi ko pa nadiscuss. If these things are new to you, then you entered the metaverse prematurely. And you're asking what is the main cause of FUD?????
