Niemand minder dan Tommy the cat komt het feestje compleet maken. Samuel Sammie van Cleef aka Tommy The Cat, is een echte duizendpoot. Hij is platenbaas van onder anderen Dosis Decibel en Cat In The Bag Records, en produceert jungle en tekno platen van de bovenste plank. Verder organiseert hij zowel tekno als drum-‘n-bass en jungle evenementen, je hebt vast wel eens gehoord van Concrete Beats en Acid A GoGo. Ook is hij een meester achter de draaitafels met zijn jaren lange ervaring, en zal hij zijn beste jungle vinyls uit zijn platentas toveren (waaronder nog niet eerder ge-released materiaal) en er een onvergetelijke avond van maken.
