It’s Frustrating‼️😠
We know it’s getting frustrating these days, with constant lockdowns, negativity in the neighbourhood and work from home can take a toll on your personal life as well as mental and physical health.
Nevertheless, it’s ok to be offline from social media for some time or take a break from work to rejuvenate and be relaxed.
Being organised and prioritizing work can you help you achieve your balance between work and personal life, not necessary to make drastic changes immediately but small steps create a big impact (easy said than done, but if you want to see a change, you will have to be the change).
However, there are some common reasons for an imbalanced personal and work lifestyle like;
👉 Increased responsibilities at work
👉 Working longer hours
👉 Increased responsibilities at home
👉 Having children
But, the question remains the same, how do you take out time??
🌟 Set boundaries and try to fix your working hours
👉Avoid thinking about office all the time
👉Try having another phone for work, so you can shut it off or put it on mute, when you are done
🌟 Set your priorities straight
👉 Avoid checking your emails and phone every few minutes
👉 Block your most productive time
