"I WAS 100% NOT GOING TO TRY THIS.
I have always been nervous to try new things.
When one of my BFFs approached me about this little ‘strip’, I said ‘absolutely not’.
Even though it’s supposed to HELP you & relieve stress — I said: ‘No thanks, my fear won’t let me put something in my body that changes how I feel, even if it’s helpful!!’ Like for real, I won’t even try CBD.

I could see so many others trying it and loving it, but I was SCARED.
A few weeks go by & I kept seeing more & more people say how amazing they felt with this little yellow square… (for real… this tiny little thing was helping you this much?!) FOMO won and I ordered some for myself. Well, I messaged my friend and said: ‘It’s like I took a deep breath and exhaled, that kind of feeling’.
In another 20 min, the pounding in my head & the tension in my body that I had been carrying all day, just melted away.
I felt calm, focused, relaxed, but also had energy — the kind of good energy you would feel after exercise or yoga
It’s hard to describe… but it was so nice, lasted for hours, and then I had the best sleep ever!!!
Oh. And. This is NOT a weight loss product. But, if you’re a stress eater like me (I will eat my emotions), I also found that this strip had the unexpected effect of: ‘Nah, I’m good I don’t actually need to eat 27 pieces of pizza tonight’ IYKYK.
