So how do you keep showing up each time with awesome content?
Just make sure you check these few simple rules for each post!⁠


Make sure the topic you are choosing is relevant for your audience and it has a concrete purpose: to inform/engage/sell/entertain.

Do your groundwork and understand what your audience needs and what they respond to best and then do your absolute best to address that topic by bringing something valuable to the table.

Pick your keywords and hashtags carefully (in size, relevancy and lifetime) so that they will make your content appear more.

Consider the layout, colors, style & fonts so that they match your aesthetic and tone of voice but are also nice to look at & easy to follow.

One of the first but very important steps in building a brand is choosing the name.

Here are some things to think about when doing this:

1. Instantly says WHAT your BUSINESS IS ABOUT

2. Has something UNIQUE or DISTINCTIVE

Focus on your audience & the GROWTH will follow

📍Just like the algorithm of Instagram, Youtube, TikToK ...you want to ensure 2 key things:
- give people the content they enjoy/search
- make them engage as much/long as possible

This will push your content forward

4 Questions to ask yourself:

📍1. “Who are the people I can help?” - Get specific about who your audience is.
Let`s say you are a fitness instructor. Your audience is not just sporty people. You can have several segments - people who want to reshape their body, people who want to maintaing their physique, people who want to improve their health through fitness. Each of their needs is different.

📍2. “How can I help them in a way no one else is?” - Overlap the answer from point 1 with your offering and create a personalized approach for their specific needs. Go the extra mile!
Continuing the example, this would mean adapted training programs & content for each type of clients identified + connected areas where you can help them. Example - you can partner up with a nutritionist and add to your offering also an expert diet to help your customers attain faster what they want (gain muscle, lose weignt, get healthier)

📍3.“How can I make them want to hear from me?” - Craft your communication in a way that makes them feel unique and cared for.
Delight and surprise them with simple add-ons - an ebook on the exact topic you know they need, a special collaboration.
Going with our example - you can partner up with a psychologist and create a material on how to easily create new habits and maintain them (this is a topic that can help all the segments we identified earlier).

📍4.“How to go forward?” - Measure everything you are doing & act on insights

🎨Branding is an emotional experience and colors are extremely powerful and can evoke so many emotions. It’s important any brand`s color palette is a reflection of the brand personality but it should also be based on what feeling should be awakened in the target audience.

🍭So when choosing a brand identity and even when designing something as simple as a post you should always ask yourself - “How/what do you want people to feel?”

🧑‍💻🧑‍🎨 Spending hours on design as a content creator is a pain sometimes but there`s always a hack or two out there to help.

🍭This one is about Canva
Unless you are a Pro Canva user there`s a good chance you don`t know about Styles

👉Styles is an option you can find in the “More section” and it allows you to customize your design by applying a specific color palette and font combinations.

👉There is quite a good variety of options from which you can choose. Once you selected a style you can even Shuffle it. This will change the combination of colors and fonts available for that style by mix & matching between the elements of the design.

👉If you have the Pro version of Canva you can even set your own color palette and your preferred fonts.

👉This is a trick that helped me save tons of time with my designs so if you`re a Canva fan you will certainly love it.

Starting out on social media? Follow these steps and your growth is guaranteed:

1. RESEARCH before you pick your NICHE and ensure it meets the 4 criteria: PASSION, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, DEMAND

2. LEARN from the best in your niche and follow them. It will enable you to understand WHAT your AUDIENCE WANTS and also you will BE UP-TO DATE

3. RESEARCH the CONTENT SHARED in your niche, understand what FORMAT your audience likes best and DEFINE your CONTENT PILLARS (the main topics you will focus on)

4. DRAW your CONTENT PLAN, CREATE the content for a full month and SCHEDULE it. This will give you enough time to work for the next month and KEEP CONSISTENT

5. Take the time to PERFECT YOUR PROFILE. No matter the platform this will be your PITCH so it needs to be at it’s best

6. Make sure you are SEARCHABLE and people will find you. Each platform is using a type of keywords (hashtags, tags, keywords) so find out how to best OPTIMIZE CONTENT for your specific platform

7. Identify HACKS that will SAVE you TIME (for example using templates or saving your keywords/tags as shortcuts)

1. Brainstorm starting from your skills & passions
To start off try answering these questions: What do people regularly tell you you're good at? What's your training or education in? What special skills or knowledge have you developed through your work?

2. Figure out if there's a market for your niche
Identify the keywords that best describe what people in your niche would search for .
Search volume for these keywords & related keywords will give you an idea of the interest size but you will also see the competition level
Use the keywords as hashtags on other social platforms and see: how much content is out there, how do people engage with it, are there any specific areas (subniches) that seem to be of big interest?

3. Narrow down and identify how you can be the unique solution to your target consumer`s problem

8 KEY THINGS you should know BEFORE starting on SOCIAL MEDIA

Being successful on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube and any other online platform involves a lot of work, consistency and strategy.
And when I say successful, I am not talking about Likes, follows, views and any other vanity metric but to using all the above mentioned channels as tools to grow your awareness and of course your business.

While actually setting up an account might be easy, growing one involves a lot of aspects. So this post aims to talk about the key things you should think of and establish before starting.

1. Know your TARGET AUDIENCE

WHO they are --> What is their profile, both demographic details such as age, gender, family status, income, education, location but also psychographic data such as interests, values, personality and activities they enjoy.

WHAT they want --> Their needs expectations, preferences, barriers, triggers and driving factors

WHY should they pick you --> What would be their reasons to buy your product or service or consume your content.

HOW should you will reach them --> What are the key messages they respond to and topics they are interested in. Where, when and how often can you reach them. What type of content they like to consume (articles, videos, podcasts) and how does this content look like.

2. Know your COMPETITORS

WHO are they --> Biggest and fast growing in your niche

WHAT are they about --> Products they offer, what they communicate about, what works best for them. What is their unique advantage

WHY do people choose them

HOW they do it --> What are their main messages, their identity, when, where and how often they communicate

3. Know Your STRENGHTS and WEAKNESSES

There will a lot of things to handle: coming up with new ideas, design, video editing, copywriting, engaging with your community, analyzing your results using analytics and drawing conclusions and insights. Out of all these there will be things that you can do yourself and others that you will outsource (sooner or later) based on your skill level, time and available resources.

4. Know your GOALS
Be SPECIFIC about WHAT you want to ACHIEVE.
Be sure you can MEASURE your GOALS and always know where you are
Aim for something ATTAINABLE and design the clear way to get there
Is it RELEVANT and meets your passion, skills and resources?
Plan for it and create a clear timeline

5. PLAN in advance
Create a clear posting calendar and plan your activities (generating ideas, documenting the topics, design, copywriting, optimizing, publishing and engaging with your audience.

6. LEARN and OPTIMISE

Analyze your AUDIENCE & their FEEDBACK: what content engaged them the most, why did they like it (topic/format/design), what would they like and you are currently not doing, when they engage most
This will drive your future content, scheduling and areas of development

7. Looks DO matter

RESEARCH says that you have about 50 milliseconds. to make a GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION.
Also Every £100 a business spends on design increases turnover by £225
Design matters because it affects us emotionally.
So you should ensure all your content follow the same branding and aesthetic so that your presence look consistent.

8. Be CONSISTENT

Right frequency + Quality Content = More chances to make an impact; Better customer experiences; Memorability; Credibility; Reputation; Brand trust; Community
