In 2020, Roffee family renovated an old bank building in Enloe Texas. The first job was to get rid of the termite infested walls, re-wire the electrical, replace the HVAC, build a stage and install a sound system. Then, bluegrassers from all over Texas and Oklahoma began to gather each Tuesday. Folks show up to play and sing bluegrass, country and gospel songs (and share some good food at the breaks.) Eventually, families with younger musicians have grown the number of musicians. The Sweet Enloe Opry opens each Tuesday starting at about 5:00 pm and lasting until about 8:00 or so. We also open on the 3rd Saturday of each month for a jam session at 2:00 pm, and occasionally a guest band starting at 6:00. There's no charge. All donations go to cover the cost of the electricity, water, insurance and taxes, plus drinks and paper products for the food.

If you have not visited, we'd like to have you stop in for some great music and fellowship.

DeeZ is now offering ready made chef salad, fried or grilled chicken salad and taco salad! The meat is on the side so you may heat it up if you want! These salads will be put our cooler in the kitchen so you will need to request the 3 compartment to go salad!
