I got some new equipment today, this foam roller was weird to use, but i do feel like my muscles got a good deep massage, and this mat was made for people my size, i can lay on the floor and 100% not feel the hard cement under my weight, ya boy has no excuses on why I cant do specific exercises, if i have excuses thats just me holding myself back again and i will no longer be holding myself back ever again, this time, this transformation is going to be the one that i stick with the rest of my time here on this planet,

When I had the beard I wasn’t serious, Middle section when I cut the beard 10/16/2021 I got serious, last section is today,
from 10-16 until now i havent felt this good in so long, and the only thing holding me back again was myself, i give it a good 3-4months and ya boy rabbi going to be looking lovely once again,

Finally got my board,
I do 1:45 seconds rest between sets now,
And I can mark my progress as I go. And I’ll never forget where I’m at, and best believe ima mark lines on the board during my workouts to show what set I’m on because I be forgetting if I’m on the third or fourth set a lot,
