When Lauren Smith Fields died in her apartment the police didn’t contact her family. Instead, when her family went to her apartment to look for her a day and half later, they found a note on her door with a phone number to call.

It took 6 weeks and a non stop campaign from her family and people on social media before Bridgeport PD would open an investigation in to what really happened to Lauren.

UNSOLVED MMIW CASE

Involving a young Arapaho woman, named Jade Wagon (Cedar Tree Stands Alone) She lived on the Wind River Reservation in Riverton, Wyoming. Jade was only 23 years old at the time of her death.

Her mother Nicole Wagon reported her daughter missing January 2, 2020.

Jades body was found on the reservation, January 21, 2020. The FBI quickly ruled her death as accidental, due to hypothermia and drug intoxication. Family believes otherwise...

Jades' death could absolutely be attributed to negligence. If there were adequate FBI agents and readily available search and rescue teams when she was first reported missing, chances are that she would still be here with her loved ones.

Jade became a part of the Wyoming MMIWG movement, marching and speaking for justice at the capital of Wyoming. Following the deaths of her oldest sister, Jocelyn and her sister's fiancé Rudy Perez who were both shot to death alongside of each other in their home January of 2019.

Sadly, it is the two women's mother Nicole who now takes her daughter's place seeking justice with MMIW. For her two daughters who unjustly lost their lives within a short amount of time.

Our hearts go out to this family and to the many, many others who are going through these tragic circumstances.

We pray and have hope that the silence and lack of action concerning these senseless deaths will end.

Seeing families fighting for justice for their loved one by going on Dr. Oz makes me fear for them. And the future of their loved ones case(s).
His “Crime Team” is known for causing more harm than good. Their intentions aren’t pure. I’ve seen what they’ve done to have cases closed and continue to go unsolved.
I know every victim’s family wants justice. I want help them by advising them to know that they cannot trust everyone that claims they’re going to do everything they can to solve their loved ones case. Not all media is good media. Even if they’re a major media outlet, you have to trust your instincts that not all have the empathy, compassion and your best interest at heart.
