How will the housing crisis be solved?

It's pretty simple actually. One of these rocket billionaires will make a ship to transport people to colonize Mars or some other such location. The ticket price? Your Earth house. Now Elon or Bezos etc own a massive wealth of property.

I believe the Bible/Torah itself proves that when it speaks of "DAY" it is not the "human-perspective day" being spoken of.

A "human-perspective day" day requires the Earth to spin around an axis at a rate of 1 spin per 24 hours, as well as a Sun to one side, providing illumination.

The luminaries aren't created until day 4, thus a "human-perspective day" CANNOT be possible on "DAY"s 1-3
