Today marks the beginning of spring, and I would be remiss if I did not capitalize on this beautiful day.
It commenced with a slight chill and sunshine this morning, but as the day progressed, it transformed into the perfect blend of sun and wind, making my walk truly enjoyable.
The first part of my walk was spent with my daughter; we strolled and conversed, catching up on each other’s lives.
The latter part, a cool-down period, I completed solo, as I sometimes require time for self-reflection.
There is no comparison to the sense of tranquility I experience during solitary walks.
Prior to my outdoor activities, I began the day with meditation and yoga. I particularly enjoy the 10-minute Healthy back Yoga with Chelsea, which has been a staple in my routine lately.
This morning, I also completed a 20-minute glutes and legs workout with Adrian, followed by a 10-minute full-body stretch with Cliff.
I feel fulfilled, having incorporated meditation, yoga, strength training, and cardio into my day.
Not every day is the same, but today I made the most of my time, accomplishing what I needed and wanted to do.

Best believe I got in some intentional movement this morning. The body will be moved on the daily: the intensity levels always depend on whatever I feel I need in that moment: never count us out!
