When we first met with the people at the Williston Police Department North Dakota, the first thing that stood out to us was how clear and passionate they were about the WHY behind what they do in the community. They have a clear mission and vision, and that always gets us so excited!
When we dove into the story development, we knew we wanted to take a different approach to this recruiting film. We wanted to really show the people behind the badge - giving you a look into their everyday lives outside of their work, showing that who they are as members of the community is who they are as police officers.
We had the chance to personally meet and work with so many wonderful people at the Williston PD over the course of the project. They are so genuine, love their family and their community - and personally care about what they do. We're excited to give you a look into their lives!

Hip Hop & Hope
We first met Michael Bloom back in 2017 when he was one of the Community Trust Officers at the Fargo Police Department. He has an incredible heart for the community! We were able to collaborate on a bunch of projects that helped bring the community together, reach out to kids and teens, and so much more.
Fast forward to 2023 - Michael left his job as a police officer to start Hip Hop & Hope - a ministry dedicated to bringing the gospel to those who are incarcerated. His mission - inspire hope, foster positive change, and bring a message of redemption through the unique fusion of faith and music.
We were blessed to collaborate once again to help put together a video showcasing this ministry, and we'd love for you to check it out!
