During this Sapa period, I decided to try something of low budget and new🤔

I never use to be a fan of weevils in beans but ever since I recently discovered the heavenly taste of weevils, beans, mixed with bread, I was blown away😇

You don't need to separate ur beans from the weevils. Just let them cook together 😉

COCONUT OIL🥥

This oil serves as a mouth wash, but it doesn't mean you won't brush ur teeth oh...
It can also be used as body oil. Actually, this is what I use on my skin since I don't spend a lot on skin care products.

I get my coconut and begin to chew gradually and mop my mouth with a towel to prevent my coconut from being mixed with saliva (using a blender or grater is expensive since I don't have any of these equipments 🤷🏿‍♂️)

I spit my grinded coconut in a bowl and begin to fry to extract the oil for my youthful skin😊

Easy, less expensive and debt free😇

Periwinkle is one of the gifts given to us by God almighty and it has nutritional values.

It can be sucked from the shell or eaten without the shell

Most people use periwinkles in soups such as edikankong, afang and so on...

But, have u tried using periwinkles in ur fresh tomato stew? 😀
It tastes heavenly and delicious, trust me😇

Last week, I used the unshelled periwinkles in my moi-moi and it was simply amazing 😇

(You can put this and that together to make up an edible or not so edible meal)

I never knew how tasty locust beans (Iru or dawdawa) was until I gave it a try in fried rice 😁

You know how to prepare ur regular fried rice, right?

Before adding your carrots and other veggies, just first pour in your locust beans that is already fried with red oil and a pinch of salt and ur good to go 😀

Cooking is easy and it's difficult, but I believe anyone can put this and that together to make up a meal 😊

Learn to use the available and less expensive alternatives in ur cooking or domestic chores and nothing can go wrong 🤷🏿‍♂️

Even if something goes wrong, life goes on😂😂
