I have to admit that I've struggled with this at times in my life, where I haven't had the confidence to back myself in some of the decisions I've made in my life.

Perhaps, this is something you may have struggled with at times also.

This is what I've learnt so far, and if I'm being totally honest here, the journey isn't finished yet.

I'm still growing and learning every single day of my life!

It’s crazy how much this fear can control our lives.

We worry about fitting in, being liked, and getting approval from others.

But what if we could break free from this fear?

What if we could stop being sheep and start being lions, roaring with freedom and confidence?

Think about it....

We often let the opinions of others shape our choices and actions.

We play it safe, trying not to stand out too much, just to avoid judgment or criticism.

But in doing so, we lose touch with who we really are.

We hide our true selves and follow the crowd, even if it means sacrificing our dreams and passions.

The first step to overcoming this fear is recognising it.

I LOVE A BIT OF HISTORY

I came across this picture of some of the collection’s my father-in-law had accumulated in his time living at Morpeth.

It got me thinking about how times have changed, and what was an acceptable way of doing things.

Like making a living…

The traditional way of getting and education, doing an apprenticeship, traineeship, university degree and so on is one way of figuring out how to make a living and being paid a reasonable amount of money for your time!
