I have taken a page out of microbreweries/pico breweries books,
and started writing on my Fermenters, the Brew Date, The Brew Style, the OG etc.

While yes I also write it down in a notepad, it saves hassle of cross checking that, if it's on the fermenter ready to read on hops day, kegging day etc.

and Yes it' is removable, I used Whiteboard Marker not Permanent Marker.

Do you do the same and or similar?

Shoutout to Big Little Brewing for the idea when i saw their 1000L Fermenters with the writing.

Newest Addition to the Brew Space,
a dedicated Fermentation Fridge using the MKII Temp Controller with 4mm Thermometer.

Don't worry about the Kegerator Fridge, the tape isn't to keep it sealed, as the seals are fine, it's just as a precaution to make sure it stays sealed.

Also took the pic just as i'd put the fridge there, hence why the temp controller is at 14.0'C, its now currently at a comfortable 18.5'C

Keen to brew up some lagers this coming summer with the Fermentation Chamber.
