UPDATE ON TODAY’S COURT’S PROCEEDINGS AND OUR ROUTINE VISIT TO OUR INDEFATIGABLE CLIENT – ONYENDU MAZI NNAMDI KANU, AT THE HEADQUARTERS OF THE STATE SECURITY SERVICE (SSS), ABUJA, WHERE HE IS STILL BEING ILLEGALLY AND UNCONSTITUTIONALLY DETAINED IN SOLITARY CONFINEMENT:

We visited our indefatigable and formidable Client – Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu – today, being the 20th day of July 2023, at the SSS Headquarters, Abuja, where he is still being illegally and unconstitutionally held in a solitary confinement.

Onyendu was specifically briefed on the Judgment of the Federal High Court, Abuja, where Justice Binta Nyako, this morning, delivered another landmark judgment on our Application for Order of Judicial Review. Onyendu was acquainted of the far-reaching Orders made by His Lordship today, in the landmark Judgment, wherein His Lordship directed the SSS to allow Onyendu access to Medical Doctors of his choice, who are to medically examine Onyendu outside the SSS facility without the influence of the SSS. The court further directed that all such examination(s) must be recorded. Furthermore, His Lordship directed the SSS to avail Onyendu with all his medical records.

Onyendu was profoundly excited by the news of this superlative outing, and consequently, directed that his appreciation be conveyed to his indefatigable legal team, ably led by Prof. Mike Ozekhome, SAN.

It is imperative to use this medium to inform Ezigbo UmuChineke that the Phase 1 of Onyendu’s medical examination has commenced in earnest, by the recommended team of Medical Experts, which Cardiologist Surgeon and Otolaryngologist are from the best hospitals in Abuja, all duly recommended by Onyendu’s adorable wife.
We shall keep Ezigbo UmuChineke abreast of every development as they unfold.

Onyendu is in total agreement that his indefatigable team is journeying towards a landslide victory, and believing the Almighty ChukwuOkike Abiama that the future is indeed bright.

Important highlight on the legal fireworks that will ensue on 14th September, 2023 at the Supreme Court, during the Hearing on the long-awaited Appeal, were equally noted, though the details shall remain private.

Onyendu thanked you all, Ezigbo UmuChineke for remaining resolute and relentlessly keeping your eyes on the ball. I am sending all UmuChineke my warmest wishes as we celebrate Christmas.

Christmas demonstrates the breadth and extent of God's love for people and the heroic sacrifice we ought to imitate in our daily interactions with our neighbors. It gives us a chance to broaden and perform more acts of kindness.

Therefore, this Christmas represents much more than only a time for celebration but also a chance to spread love.

Throughout this season and beyond, I implore us all to share love and act as our brother's keepers. Let's make the weak and defenseless smile because this is the true meaning of Christmas.

As we celebrate, we must continue to pray for Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the One and Only true prophet of our time. His sacrifices won't ever be for nothing.

BREAKING! CELEBRATION GALORE!!!!!

Today, the 26th day of October, 2022, our legal team successfully secured the DISCHARGE of Four innocent young men- Ifeanyi Ogbu,
Arinze David,
Uchenna Kelvin Abah
and Stephen Ejiofor, who were all arrested and detained by the Nigerian security agents on the trumped up allegation of belonging to unlawful organization; to wit: IPOB.

Upon their illegal arrest and unlawful detention briefly at the Military detention facility Enugu Cantonement, and following irresistible legal pressure we mounted on them, these innocent promising young men were consequently charged before the Igboeze North Magistrate Court, Ogburute, Enugu State, in Charge No: MIE/39C/2022, on frivolous, bogus, empty and smokescreen charges.

Today, after hearing our application praying the Court to strike out these frivolous charges filed against them and after listening to our robust argument on law, as convincingly canvassed by our own Augustine Ezeokeke, Esq., of I.C. Ejiofor & Co., the Honourable Court, consequently found the application to be meritorious, and accordingly struck out the entire charge and discharged these innocent Defendants. They have now gone home as free men.
May ChukwuOkike Abiama be praised forever.
