Woo-hoo!! 🎉We're a finalist in the 2021 Community Broadcasting Association of Australia Awards in the Best New Radio Program category. I'm so happy for the acknowledgement.

Winner or not, the library lovers who shared their stories as part of this project, offered skills (Hamish Robertson, Eliza Hull, Jane Curtis), and support (Goldfields Library Corporation, Community Broadcasting Foundation, MAINfm) are truly the stars of this show.

The moral of the story is love your library and all will be well. 📚

According to Angela Graystone – librarian and Storytime VIP – it’s more than fun, it’s actually a dream come true.

Ange spends her days singing nursery rhymes, blowing bubbles and reading storybooks aloud to children as part of the Storytime library program for babies and children.

Twenty years ago though, the library was the last place she thought she’d end up.
