Someone asked me the other day how old I am…
and I paused.
It’s not a question I get often.
And if I’m honest, it’s one I used to feel uncomfortable answering—especially once I entered my 40s.
But now? I share it proudly.
Chronologically, I’m 44.
Biologically, I’m 29.5.
And that didn’t happen by accident.
I’m deeply intentional about how I listen to my body, care for it, and honor what it needs—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Aging, for me, isn’t about fighting time. It’s about partnering with my body and making choices that support the life I want to live.
Then there’s my Spotify age 😅
According to Spotify Wrapped, I’m 18.
That one made me laugh—because the truth is, my daughter uses my Spotify more than I do. And when I am on it, about 80% of the time it’s with her.
So how old am I?
It depends on who you ask.
But what I know for sure is this: I feel grounded, energized, and more myself than ever.
And that’s the age that matters most. ✨
