BREAKING NEWS!

Due to the Sandy Shores drug-site raid that took place weeks prior, the operations of illegal drug distribution in Doge Pound City were taken down permanently. The Doge Pound City Drug Enforcement that led the Drug Raid Operation has stated that the infamous Godfather managed to escape and is now currently in hiding. Many theories are circulating in the city as of the moment with some saying that the Godfather was slain by his enemies but this info remains inconclusive.

The Doge Pound City Police Department reassures the citizens that the investigation is in the works to put an end to the illegal drug distribution.

Good day, everyone.

This is a letter from the Doge Pound City Management made to address the circulating issue that involves our City/Server recently. We were abruptly made aware of the problem at hand through a public post and so we are here to release our statement in order to clarify what went on for transparency.

To give you a synopsis of what happened, we have received a complaint through our Ticketing System about an issue that we do take seriously. It is included in the complainant's messages that he/she is giving the administrators a day to address the issue. At that moment, the given timeframe was limiting enough due to the other pending tickets that we were meant to resolve that day. Moreover, we also have ongoing reports inside the city which leaves the on-duty administrators unavailable during those moments.

After a few minutes, contradicting the complainant's 1-day deadline, the ticket was then closed by the creator himself/herself and then the public post followed. One of the admins saw that the ticket was closed but it didn't hinder us from reading the full context or content of the ticket. We decided not to reopen the ticket and just proceeded with the sanction which is to ban the violator. The ticket result is then posted right after. Admittedly, we did not find this action pleasant for the author/complainant addressed the whole City/Server in the post instead of specifying who he/she has beefed with thus resulting in our name being involved.

In all honesty, we may choose to stay silent, however, we found it necessary to clarify this issue and keep our side of the street clean for we believe that our administration has executed the just actions to address this problem. We are releasing this statement to explain our side regarding 1) The Ticket Complaint and 2) The Issue outside our Discord and City/Server.

1) The Ticket Complaint. For transparency, the ticket was rightfully handled by the administrator, and the violator is now permanently banned from the server.
2) The Issue. It did cause a negative impact on our city when it could have been properly handled within the Official Discord Server of the City. In line with this, we'll have to execute actions that we see fit.

"Can you go into detail about why the Doge Pound City Administration considers the ex*****on of certain actions?"

We believe that the post has violated our rule against Toxicity. As we have previously mentioned above, this could've been resolved internally as we do with every other issue raised to us administrators. We do not welcome this act of unprofessionalism and the administration has therefore decided that we will no longer open our doors to the person that made those actions.

We apologize to everyone who was unfortunately involved in this issue and we sincerely ask for your forgiveness and understanding. Rest assured that your concerns are continuously and will always be addressed and be given the proper sanctions.
