And the smell from this food can reach the neighbours and the streets where passersby are tempted and inspired by such delightful scents. Some time ago we caught up with Goodies Sassonia's chef Carolina Maggioli who cooled for us the traditional Rustita, a simple traditional Adriatic fish roast dear to many coastal marchigiani. And so we had some wine and our friend Vanessa Illi Photographer and Videographer took some shots. Today’s article is the emotional recipe of a great Adriatic classic. DO try this at home. Questo articolo è stato scritto di getto dopo l’incontro con Marilena e Marta, sua figlia, durante il quale mi hanno conquistata con la loro cultura, gentilezza, passione e dedizione alla terra. 🇮🇹 Ne è passato di tempo dall’ultima volta che abbiamo aggiornato la pagina, ma dal Covid in poi c’è stato molto tumulto e il nostro lavoro sul Magazine è rallentato. Di recente abbiamo recuperato però, e a fine mese finalmente uscirà il sito con i primi articoli e interviste 🇬🇧 It’s been a while since we updated this page but it’s been a hectic few months. At the end of month the website with the first interviews and articles will go live though and we can’t wait. 💪🏻
