Russia and India have agreed to establish a biofuel plant
It will be produced from the cellulose fibers of India's rich tropical vegetation.
On January 4, 2015, it became known that scientists in India and Russia in the next three years will develop a project for a fuel plant operating exclusively on raw materials of plant origin. This was announced at a press conference in the Indian city of Coyamputtur. Researchers from the Agricultural University of India and scientists from the Siberian Institute of Catalysis of the Russian Academy of Sciences took part in it.
