Dear tik-toks who think being asked to stay home to limit the spread of an infectious disease is “tyranny” ... please stop. You clearly have no concept of what that word means. While yes the constitution is designed to protect our freedoms, it also exists to give certain people and bodies of people powers of government and law... you know, like all the other laws we follow all the time. The “constitution” does a lot more than guarantee “free speech” and “they aint takin my guns!” Maybe you should read it. Obeying the traffic law of stopping at a red light isn’t tyranny, its an agreed upon modality that we all abide by for the collective good (reducing deadly accidents, improving flow of traffic, etc). Being asked to stay home is no different.
