I started streaming again in August of this year after a 2 year hiatus due to an extreme decline in my mental health. It’s definitely been an uphill climb getting back into the swing of things but I’m proud of myself for doing it. Though I aim to build a community & reach affiliate status, I’m enjoying the ride. Thanks to everyone that has ever come through a stream. Here’s to many more 🥂🫶🏾❤️🔥
I’m really proud of this video bc I see how much growth & unlearning I’ve accomplished. Since being recently unemployed, I’ve felt more available to imagine, create, play, and just be.
This is the first time in YEARS that less has felt good - less stress, less pressure, less obligation, less dutiful, less performative, less disconnected, less forced. I feel like I’ve been reconnecting & relearning myself, while discovering new and disregarded parts of myself. I’m still on this journey to a harmonious existence within myself, but I am so grateful for what it has been so far and what is to come.

With the learning, I’ve realized I don’t want to be a busy bee [bizibi] anymore. Bumblebee was a nickname my mom [rest in peace 💖] gave me in college because I was so busy always involved in something. It felt fitting when I started on Twitch but not so much anymore.
raging black girl is a title I gave myself YEARS ago like 2012 or so. I’ve had a blog with this name, a podcast, and now for all of my content. A friend in college would always say to me “girl you’re raging right now” bc I can be very animated, loud, and expressive.
Raging doesn’t have to mean out of control or destruction. It’s defined as “continuing with great force or intensity.” I think of fire when I think of raging and I have A LOT of fire in my natal chart. All of this feels more fitting and embraces my nature.
And Kid Cudi is one of my favorite artists and he’s a rager so, yeah.
