Interesting story out of the Ministry of Agriculture. Taiwanese scientists in co-operation with local Changhua farmers have developed a line of chickens that produce a very specific shaped breast. The new breed of chicken will be named Tai-G. (台雞). Expect to see these special breasts for sale next year in local supermarkets. Taiwan officals are hoping that much like the square watermelons in Japan, this may help the tourism industry in Taiwan. Expect an interview soon by Taiwan No Why with all those involved.. A big congratulations to one of our former guests, Mr. Charles DeBenedetto who recently obtained a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy. Can't say I ever thought I'd be alerting the Taiwanese Ministry of Education into an issue regarding "p***c transmission".. 😅

Taiwan is great in many ways, but even small things like typos on highway signs can affect its credibility in the eyes of the international world. Especially now with the government’s 2030 Bilingual Policy, Taiwan really needs to step up its game..

What is the "why" behind why Taiwan "cute-sifies" so many things? Other than the obvious "make it more appealing for mass consumption", but do mandatory ethics courses that are a prerequisite for a Master's program need to be made into a cartoon? 🙄

Also a bit cringe is how people here will call girls/ladies "mei nu 美女".. There isn't much you can do if it happens on the streets, but coming from the Center for Taiwan Academic Research Ethics Education? Maybe not the most professional? 🧐
