First 2 weeks of premier done this act. Invite rank seems to be a bit tougher than we expected but that's the fun part of competing here. I'm not seeing other Bangladeshi teams trying to compete in premier and wanted to make a short post about it. If you want to make it to official riot tournaments like VCL/VCT this is the first step towards it and might the be the only way. Before premier we used to play qualifiers for VCL which was hosted by Nodwin. Now Riot is making the process easier through premier so that more teams can participate. If your team is average high ranked (Immo) then you can get into Contenders (premier rank). Choose the South Asia zone/region. Then try your best to win as many as you can so that you can get promoted to Invite Rank. After you have reached Invite there is a good chance you can make into VCL. If your team is not eligible for Contenders Rank don't worry, you can start in any rank and climb up just like in ranked games. Rules are constantly changing (plus confusing) so I will provide some links here so that you can read for further information. If I missed anything let me know in the comments. Lets try to represent Bangladesh 🇧🇩 at the highest level.

Several facts have been revealed about Insurgent eSports, and have became aware of it 4 days prior to the "D1 Cup Season 2 Finals". We have faced deception from the organization we're representing, and they have lied to every single player in our team, including me. They provided fake promises and different contracts to each individual player, which led to us terminating our contracts with them. When we confronted one of the owners, "Ironclad," he was speechless and tried to feed us excuses that made no sense at all. However, the problem arises because:-

1. Samin Yasar aka IronClad who we believe scammed us registered himself as "Player 1," i.e., the captain of the team. He claimed that there was no manager role, and thus we trusted him as "Player 1," the captain role.

2. Furthermore, I, along with Son1c, as newcomers to the team, had no prior knowledge about the existence of a cut in the said contract. (which was never mentioned to us either way). However, I assume that the person holding the captain role will receive the prize money and thus the cheque. Given the history of dishonesty and incompetence within their management, it felt like a necessity to be cautious about trusting them with the cheque. Our decision to disengage ourselves from Insurgent eSports was motivated by their ineffective management. Moreover, we believe it is necessary to change our captain, specifically Player 1. To help you comprehend the gravity of the situation, I've included some concrete evidence against Insurgent eSports below.

3. From day 1, Duke wasn't interested in signing and playing under a contract. However, Duke received a fake contract intended to make him practice, which was obviously eventually exposed. Others and I were informed that the contract was not legit and was simply meant to encourage his practice. Furthermore, he was also informed that everyone else had agreed to the contract and was eventually forced to sign it.

4. The entirety of the team was formed just for the sole purpose of playing the tournament. There wasn't any agreement in place initially, so there was no contract or cut as agreed upon.

This is just another proof that we are not backing out yet and here to give a fight. We managed to secure ourselves a spot at the LAN event this Friday 24th where it is still undecided whom we will be up against. This time we need all the support from you guys so that we can pull up a good performance.
