I thought i'd introduce myself again to any new followers that may not know me too well! My name is Iman Osman and i've been a baker since learning at a young age from my Egyptian Grandmother’s knee. She strongly believes in the connection and family bonding that cooking together can bring.

I started my career with a small bake shop that sold freshly baked cookies and brownies. I have now expanded and now co-own with my sister, a company producing healthy breakfast cereals and baked goods to provide healthier, safer options to families.

Much like the passion put into her book, my business is driven by the passion we have that everything is “made from scratch” – no additives, no preservatives – just good fresh baking, the old-fashioned way.
