Happy spring equinox to all who are on the northern hemisphere. Happiest autumn equinox to all in the south. What a joy to wake up to rabbits at play before sunrise. Their tracks were barely visible on the snow that was frozen hard over night.

Autumnal harvest and Seed dispersal.
A little for you, a little for me.

Spreading Echinacea and New England Aster Seeds for the Earth.
Gathering Dock Seeds for flour making for me.
Harvesting Plantain Seed stems to try out for basket weaving… not sure how that will go! Not forgetting to drop the Seeds before I take them away.

Helping to spread Seeds and eating some to support balance.

And soaking in Autumns golden glow. Soulful Sunday.
