Choosing the right color palette for your brand can be hard. There’s so many choices in the color spectrum - plus there are endless possibilities for color combinations!

Sure, you can use the whole color spectrum and search for those perfect combinations or you can use this simple “hack” using canva. This trick is perfect if you just need a quick color inspiration for your project! Follow these simple steps:

-Upload a picture that resonates with you on canva.
-Insert boxes for your color to go into.
-Open the color options and scroll down to look for the “PHOTO COLORS”.
-Pick out the color (colors if you uploaded multiple photos) that you want and adjust to your liking.
-Voila! You have your very own color palette!

Much like a person, fonts hold different personalities that can trigger different emotions like trust, anger, fear, digests and many more. It can give you a sense of satisfaction, make

things look friendlier or professional.

𝘚𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘧𝘴 portrays culture, sophistication and authority. These fonts are usually used in the fashion, academic, and culture sectors.

𝘚𝘢𝘯 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘧 gives out a clean, modern, and contemporary vibe. It’s most often used in commercial and advertising for it’s simplistic and straightforward nature.

𝘚𝘤𝘳𝘪𝘱𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘴 add a sense of feminism, grace, elegance and romance. Mostly used in invitations, headings for announcements and the likes.

Let’s face it, most people are at their wit’s end when Friday rolls in. Everything seems jumbled up and the deadlines seem to start creeping in.

Here are a few tips to keep you (from) going (insane) during this day!

𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘯𝘦𝘹𝘵 𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘬
“If you don't know where you’re going, you’ll end up someplace else.” -Yogi Berra
This applies for either your business or just for the week ahead. It’s nice to have a birds eye view of the things that need to be done.

By doing this, you’ll be able to plan your action effectively thus making the most out of your hours and seconds - but remember, your schedule is not set in stone. Be sure to still be flexible should there be any minor bumps that come in your way.

𝘈𝘷𝘰𝘪𝘥 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘯𝘦𝘸 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘫𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘴
Today might not be the best day to start a new project - especially if you had a busy week. Chances are you’re still hung up with current projects that you won’t have the mental capacity to properly plan for your new project. PLUS! This will only be in your mind during the weekend. (assuming that you’re taking a day of during this time)

Rather than trying to get a new project started, why not spend this day completing smaller routine tasks such as reviewing your work calendar, following up on current projects, or simply cleaning up your inbox!

The pomodoro technique is basically a time management program that divides your tasks into 25 minute chunks separated by a 5 minute break followed by a much longer break after the 4th 25 minute chunk.
It’s supposed to create a sense of urgency - to inspire you to get as many things done in that 25 minute mark as you can!!

Yes they have the speed, yes they are much cheaper than yours - but is it of the same quality as what you’re offering?

Finding the right value is the key but one thing’s for sure - never compromise the quality. Take time to build your brand to make it as authentic and as personalized as you deemed it be.

The other day, I posted about my pseudo bakery brand B+B.

Here's B+B's 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 and I think it's absolutely stunning and classy! It utilizes multiple cool, modern colors whilst maintaining a timeless look! 😍

I've been playing around both in the kitchen and suddenly an idea came into my head. There aren't many specialty bakery that caters to different dietary needs near our area so I decided to make a pseudo-brand of my dream bake shop!

𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱 + 𝗕𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 is an 𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘣𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘳𝘺 which aims to provide delicious whilst providing a variety of vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free and other special dietary options!
