Time master- Time is but an illusion, for many we are constantly running up against time as an obstacle. ‘Not enough time in the day’ or ‘running out of time in life’ I.e mid life crisis. We run out life based on the linearity of time. This card is asking you to become the master of time, to let the restrictions of viewing your life based on a clock or calendar and instead see that when you are in the moment time is not an issue to be overcome. When you are in the moment you are not racing towards or running from things just firmly planted in this moment.

The Ancient Ones - this card is saying whatever you have wanted to create in your life now is not the opportune time to take that leap. Now is the time to come to stillness and to focus on creating a connection with your wisdom. It is a time of quiet surrender and getting back to stillness. It is a great time to meditate, connect with nature and do things that allow you to be joyful and fulfilled in the present moment, rather than focusing on planning.

Water - this card symbolizes purification and regeneration. Water is an element that strongly ties to our emotions, therefore this week is a time to allow our emotions to flow so that we purify ourselves of old stagnant emotions that may be toxic to us. Allow water to wash away and purify all that is not serving you as just like a wave there are new exciting things on the horizon if you are willing to let go and purify all that is stagnant in you.

Overall - these cards are saying that this is a week where you want to slow down breathe and allow. It is a time to stay present with how you are feeling and what is arising so that you can purge what is wanting to go.

Such a perfect card today for
is rampant all across the media including social media there are so many fear narratives out there that at times It can feel overwhelming.

This card comes with a message to remind you that you don’t need to buy into the fear stories that is only one of infinite possibilities. So instead of getting stuck in a fear story causing stress in your body with your emotions and your connection to Spirit, stop the ruminating and come back to the present moment because no matter what’s coming you are safe in this moment. give your nervous system a break, take some deep breaths and come back home to the president!

Today we are reminded that we don’t need to get involved with drama, we have a choice. When we are involved in a disagreement we can choose to or desire to feed the drama. When I look at the picture I am reminded of the old Native American legend of the two wolves. The moral of the story is that we all have 2 wolves one that to sum up represents ego (anger, resentment, fear, being right) and the other represents to me Spirit (peace, centred ness, love, compassion). And we each have a choice to which wolf we feed! It is a great story, I suggest Googling it if you haven’t read it. This card clearly shows we have that choice and when we are getting involved in drama we are choosing to feed the ego! We can just as easily choose to stay centred calm and get curious on why we have been triggered. If you choose the second you have an incredible opportunity for growth and healing, where as if you choose the ego you continue to deeply entrench those wounds patterns and beliefs. Our triggers are there to teach not to punish!
So today remember you have a choice you can surrender the drama 🙂

your belief in scarcity is the message today! When we think of abundance or lack most people automatically go to money, today I am being called to ask you to look a little deeper at all of your beliefs in scarcity. Have you found yourself saying there are no good dateable men/women, or there are no good jobs, or maybe there are no perfect clients (that last one is one for me 😊). Whatever you are not seeing from a lack of perspective I encourage to to challenge that belief! When we have these beliefs we unconsciously look to make them true so if you are looking for a partner and you have a belief there are no good ones out there your reality will be that! If you change you belief like you will start to see all the possible prospects. Scarcity and lack only exists in our perceptions ... do you really think in all the world of all the billions of people there is no one good?
Today be observant where are you feeding your beliefs in scarcity?

Today’s message is about letting your desire to control others. I know at first glance you may want to say ‘oh that’s not me!’ And that is probably true on a level, BUT, our desires to control can be sneaky and we can convince ourselves that we are trying to help. This shows up as trying to manipulate another to do what we think is best, maybe that looks like specifically chosen words, or dropping hints or even not responding and speaking your truth. For me one way I have recognized this is at times I will ask a question to try and get someone to give me the answer I want, or I will carefully word a text or chose an emoji to get my secret message across. All of those are me trying to manipulate another’s behaviour or response aka trying to control them! It takes my conscious awareness to recognize this and stop myself!
It is a process and so I am challenging you today to not dismiss this but rather get curious. Ask yourself where you might be trying to control others? No shame or guilt, just awareness!
