Satoshi Public Chain is an independent blockchain, not a layer 2 solution for Bitcoin

Independent Blockchain: Technically, the Satoshi Public Chain is a standalone blockchain and not a layer 2 solution to Bitcoin. Most of the basic technical and business functions of the Satoshi Chain should be self-contained and function properly even if the Bitcoin network stops functioning.
