Bio: Born around 3976 Bby, Alyssa's mother was a sith officer and her father was one of the dark jedi that served the sith. Her father was a sith lord who served as one of the dark council members.
During one of her mothers missions within the hidden sith empire Alyssa's mothers water broke, signaling the presumed arrival of her child. Her mother ultimately chose her child over the cause and abandoned the sith empire to hide her child. She then boarded a small shuttle that slipped away.
Alyssa had an astonishing connection to the force even before she was born. The release of dark side energy that had erupted from the child when she was born had been so great that it not only rocked the ship, but the the child's power was felt by all in the sith empire. Alyssa's father had done experiments on her when she was a child. These experiments transformed her into a wound in the force.
While wounds in the force were rare and relatively unknown, it was presumed that her fathers experiments and her early exposure to the full strength of the dark side was to blame for her condition.
After the end of the mandolorian wars and the arrival of Revan in sith space, Revan led the campaign to crush the Republic. With the help of Alyssa's father and mother on orders from the emperor, they joined the fallen jedi in their campaign to crush the Republic.
After the events of the jedi civil war a powerful Sith lord emerged from the catalysm effects of what is now known as the mass shadow genorator on Malachor V. Darth Nihilus began his search for an apprentice after taking part in the formation of the sith triumvrate with Darth Treya and Darth Sion.
He later found his apprentice in a girl, in her late teens to early twenties, born on Ziost. She like him was a wound in the force. The lingering effects of her fathers experiments had caused a ripple effect that affected her in the strangest of ways.
She had been taught many basic force applications by her mother and father as she grew older, it was part of the appeal Darth Nihilus found in her when she was discovered. A powerful vessel with similar attributes to his own, a most useful tool. He knew she was destined to be a powerful sith if he didn't step in, a rival in the future. So he took it upon himself, and began to train her in the ways of the dark side and the Sith to mold her into the ideal weapon and vessel for when he was ready.
He began to teach her all he knew about Force Drain Darth Nihilus brutally and efficiently trained Dessa not only in saber combat, but as well as hand to hand, and marksmanship.
He had just given her the name of Darth Vengeance when they were attacked by the exile known as Meetra Surik. Due to his lack of foresight, arrogance, or sheer luck, Darth Nihilus was defeated by the Exile and her party and Darth Vengeance had managed to escape and go into hiding. She had returned to the hidden sith empire and there she began to work as one of the apprentices to the head of the sphere of ancient knowledge. Using what she learned from both her master and the secret studies from the emperor, she was able to prolong her life through the means of a ritual that would later be attempted by Darth Zash.
Now 240 years later Darth Vengeance has continued to study the arcane secrets of the dark side. Often refusing a position on the dark council several times. This is where her story begins.
