I had a top 5 run going tonight in the Bandit Racing League until I made a desperate move on I restart with 10 to go and caused a big pile up and got sent to the back of the field. My last two races in the Freaky Fast Racing League have not been post worthy, but I was back in business with a good run tonight! I managed my pit strategy very poorly throughout the whole race and killed my stage finish, but my long run speed was very good and I put myself in position to win. I ran the leader back down after he hit the wall with a few laps to go, but my own damage and older tires kept me from being able to get around him. All in all, still a fun race and great result. Extremely disappointing finish tonight in SCRL. I had the right strategy at the end, but just could not rise up to the occasion and get to the front. Congrats to my teammate Cameron Perez on winning the race, he made it happen. Unfortunately I did not gain any bonus points in this race when I easily could have, but it will hopefully not affect my season in the end. I will learn and get better. Well that was a disappointing race in the Bandit Racing League! I had no speed whatsoever considering how well I did at COTA. Despite that, I was still on for 6th or 7th place until I got taken out by the same lapped car twice. He gave a sincere apology though so I’m willing to let it go and move on. Still got an okay finish and gained a spot in the points, so it could’ve been worse. Bristol next. Team Chevy Twitch Watkins Glen International

The final ever truck race ever in Total Nonstop Racing Tuesday night. I had a shot at the win, just got shuffled back late in the race and caught up in a wreck. Still got a top 10 though. I probably will not run this league again with only cup cars and off-road trucks being offered going forward, but my short time was fun there while it lasted! Came up just a little short in the Bandit Racing League last week. Missed out on a chance at pole, but was able to get to the front and lead the most laps.
