《歌劇暨藝術文化》雜誌於2016年4月創刊，由財團法人台北歌劇暨藝術文化基金會發行，從歌劇的熱愛，到歌劇的推廣，深感台灣古典音樂尤其歌劇方面等相關資訊的缺乏，期待透過更聚焦的視野，讓「歌劇欣賞」這件事情能成為眾人生活中的一環。
每期雜誌內容介紹國內外歌劇動態，以及古典音樂、表演藝術等領域之訊息。歌劇之外，在「藝術與文化」單元，則提供讀者高品質、可讀性高的生活藝文內容，涵蓋藝術、建築、時尚、美食等，透過《歌劇暨藝術文化》，打造深具音樂與藝術美學的全方位品味生活。
