Takeout explore : part Infinity

I’ve been to takeout since forever but i Don’t know why but i never gave their Panda katsu burger a try. So this time I took it and it was one of the best burger experiences I ever had.

The chicken katsu was a beautiful golden brown, with a perfectly even breading. The chicken was incredibly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The bun was soft and lightly toasted. It held up well to the weight of the katsu and the toppings. The toppings included a refreshing colslaw, which made this meal more wholesome. Overall, after their Aloo burger, this is now my second favourite from takeout.

As sides, I took the cheesy bites of 3pcs. It had the perfect balance of chicken and cheese. A forever favourite of mine.

Dhanmondi has its fair share of sweet waffle shops, but this cafe offers a whole new range of savory waffles, from breakfast to snacks to mains. The soothing ambiance was a bonus with the Innovative food. Another thing I found interesting was the call buttons on each table, allowing customers to request service effortlessly.

🔴 WAFFLE CANOPEES (5pc - 300 tk)
Bite size waffles topped with chicken and cocktail sauce along with finely chopped bell pepper, it was a blast of flavours in the mouth. The size was perfect as a finger food. As a starter, it is 8.5/10.

🔴 SHAKSHUKA WAFFLE (260 tk)
The combination of shakshuka and savory waffles was intriguing to me. The shakshuka had a rich, tomato-based sauce with visible pieces of bell pepper. The single sunny-side-up egg was perfectly cooked, with a runny yolk. The waffle was decent but my preference is crunchier texture.

🔴 NUTELLA CHEESECAKE BROWNIE (230 tk)
This Nutella-filled cheesecake was quite good overall. The Nutella and brownie layers were well done, and everything worked together nicely. For my personal preference, I would have loved a thicker cheese layer to really bring out the tangy cheese flavor, as it was a bit overshadowed by the brownie.

🔴 CHEESECAKE LATTE (330 tk)
As a coffee enthusiast, I was really looking forward to trying this drink and was hoping for a strong cheesecake flavor. While it made a nice latte, the cheesecake notes were subtle.

Overall, I feel they have a few places to improve and if they do that, they’ll be the best savory waffle place in Dhaka, no doubt.

TAJINE in Dhanmondi!

Tajine, a well-known kacchi restaurant that first opened in Banani, has finally opened its second branch in Dhanmondi after a few years.

As a longtime fan of Tajine, I couldn’t resist visiting when I saw they had come to my area, and it didn’t disappoint.

🔴 Nawabi Platter 2 (589 Tk) This platter included Mutton Kacchi Biryani served with one piece of mutton, Crumb Chicken Roast, Jali Kebab, Firni/Gulab Jamun, Coke/Borhani, Garden Fresh Salad, and Chutney. I chose firni and borhani.

The kacchi was made with polaw rice and was very flavorful, and the mutton was soft and delectable. The chicken was crunchy on the outside and soft and flavorful on the inside. Although the platter is intended for one person, the amount of rice provided could easily serve two.

Overall, the entire platter was more than worth the price.

The ambiance of this place is another highlight. It’s very spacious and well-decorated.

, a brand new restaurant just opened their doors for Dhanmondi patrons.

Though, in recent times, multiple Pan-Asian restaurants are opening in Dhanmondi but what made “Nami Moon” stand out to me was their price range for their food and ambiance.

🔴 Chicken Nanban (5pc - 475 tk)
Being a huge fan of Chicken Nanban, this was the 2nd best one I’ve had after Yumcha. Their nanban sauce is exactly like the one of ycd. But the chicken itself lacked salt, except that, it was a 10/10 dish.

🔴 Sushi Combo (4 types, 12 pcs - 1249 tk)
This platter includes 3 pcs of Ebi Yaki Sushi, 3 pcs of Prawn Volcano Sushi, 3 pcs of chicken Teriyaki Roll and 3 pcs of vegetable sushi. My personal favourite was the prawn volcano sushi. Overall, according to the price, this platter was a win-win.

🔴 Seafood Rice Bowl (585 tk)
This very fulfilling rice bowl includes egg fried rice along with oriental chilli fish curry and 2 big prawn tempura with some boiled calamari. The rice was very flavourful, goes perfectly with the sweet dory fish curry and crispy fried prawn.

🔴 Crème Brûlée (230 tk)
It was very smooth in texture, the sweetness was perfectly balanced. Loved it!

🔴 Mojito (249 tk)
A decent mojito, what made it exceptional was the dash of salt in the Mojito. It was very refreshing.

Overall, loved the experience at Nami Moon, hope they will keep up the consistency.

I recently visited Red Robin at 1180 Columbia St W B - 101, Kamloops, BC, located in the Summit Shopping Centre, and had the Royal Red Robin Burger. Let me start by saying it’s a great spot for hanging out with friends. The retro vibe of the place took us straight back to the early 2000s, which was so fun and nostalgic.

The experience was wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive—they made us feel very welcome. We went after our university class, and it was a perfect spot to relax. They promptly brought refills and took our orders with a smile, which made the service feel very personal and friendly.

The Royal Red Robin Burger was delicious and satisfying. The food overall was quite decent, and the atmosphere was casual and inviting. I also appreciate that they provide clear allergen and nutrition information for those who might need it.

The restaurant’s hours are convenient, opening daily from 11 a.m. and closing at 9 p.m., except on Fridays and Saturdays when they stay open until 10 p.m. A big thumbs-up for the effort they put into making every customer feel cared for. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun and friendly dining experience! # #
