UPDATE- FOUND - Matthew has been located in the town of Tonawanda safe. Thank you to all that shared and to our Detective Bureau and the Tonawanda Police Dept for their assistance.

*MISSING PERSON ALERT* Please share

We are seeking the public's assistance in locating missing person- 44 year old Matthew Foster. Matthew is 5 ft 9 inches tall with a medium build and weighs approximately 185 pounds. He has brown/slightly graying hair and hazel eyes and typically wears black rimmed glasses as pictured. He has a tribal style tattoo on his right inner forearm from the wrist to elbow.

Matthew was last spoken to on the morning of Sunday, April 10th and typically is in touch with family every day, and has left behind his wallet and vehicle where he resides at the Royal York Apartments on Seneca St. Since this missing persons case was reported to us we have conducted an exhaustive investigation into his whereabouts including checking all local hospitals but have been unable to come up with any further leads at this time. His cell phone last pinged on April 10th at 12:39pm to within a .25 mile radius of the cell tower at 2267 Sheridan Drive in the Town of Tonawanda before turning off.
