wonderful morning up Ticknock in to GAP and back. Had a lovely coffee and Fancy Shmancy Sausage Roll in the new Cafe at GAP. Met so many people and had quick chats and laughs!!

Such a difference from yesterday. with the scenes. I jumped on the beginners / improvers club spin. Some serious progression from all the boys and girls. I love to see it. It is why I love mountain biking.

Good to be back between the tape. Practice today. Poor nights sleep last night so surprisingly completed the full course. Well done and all the trail fairies 🧚‍♀️ Class course with some really challenging sections.

Ah here…… wasn’t looking forward to racing this at all… started on s3. The toughest / wettest! Did 2 runs then went over and Did 1 and 2 twice. Nailed them so decided I’d go back and try 3 again. Started it off great and was thingking “this is deadly” until the steep chute before the fire road… made a mess of it and otb’d …..was about to hang up my boots but decided to go up and try again. Nailed it…. Was very happy and very surprised to arrive in and see my time put my in P3. Stoked. Thanks to .

Take a bow. Simply wonderful. 3 amazing stages. 200 + riders…. They even organised sunshine. ☀️ Savage day out on bikes. I rode well. No lie downs!! If I have learnt anything it’s that I need to ride these amazing trails in Hush more often. I came 9th in e-bike category. 80th overall. There is some stupidly fast people riding bikes in Ireland. I can’t fathom how someone can go as fast as they are going! Nuts.
