I get blemishes on my face just like everyone else. I’ve tried skin products in the past but they honestly haven’t helped. I’m trying the Clean & Easy Blemish Spot Patches from Skin & Lab today 💛

New Makeup Alert 🚨

I received the Mineral Fusion products in the mail, so excited I finally have some new makeup, it has certainly been a while!

I love that this brand is vegan, paraben free with no artificial fragrances as this is important to me.

On their website they have a “virtual Try-on” Tool, you can virtually apply the makeup before you buy, not that’s innovation!

On my days off I relax as much as possible. Remember to take breaks (we call that “you time”)

I am indulging in some fun this afternoon with Magic Puzzles 🧩 they are 1,000-piece jigsaw puzzle with beautiful and original art. Unfortunately I didn’t make it to the end but I heard there is a magical surprise!

The puzzles are created by independent artist and sourced from premium recycled materials.
I am happy I get to take my mind off of reality for a few hours and get lost in a puzzle. This was so relaxing! 🧩

I recently had the chance to try out Gatsby Chocolate 🍫 I was hesitant at first because I am watching my weight; but when I found out:

Sexy is a physical look but beauty lies in the eye of the beholder and I am the beholder. I am beautiful inside and out and it took me 27 years to say that (something I struggle with til this day)

Don’t devalue yourself by comparing yourself and your work to some else. You are your own person, you move at your own pace, and you are beautiful because you told yourself you are and you don’t need social approval to know that.

I know we all do it. We look to the left and the right and compare and compare. It’s human nature but we have to break this cycle. If you just focus on being the best YOU can be than I promise everything will fall in place. Do what the clock does, DON’T STOP! Don’t chase someone else’s goal, write down your own and go conquer it!

I struggle with confidence because my whole life people tried to take it away. Remember:

“Words hurt only if you let them”

I AM BEAUTIFUL because I told myself I am. My soul, my thoughts and mind, my passion and my voice is beautiful.

Tell yourself “I am beautiful” out loud, right now and believe it!
