Heyyyyy guys, what’s up? How many of you all have missed hearing me say that?

First off, I get so excited when people ask me when is my podcast coming back. I’m like oooh y’all be listening— listening!

Hey Girl, I am so proud of you! I don’t know how you find the time to accomplish all of your task and still be there for others! I love your light, you are paving the way for all women who feel like they can’t!

You are a advocate, you started a podcast, cosmetology school and got a promotion all during quarantine! Kee Kee— you don’t have to wait for anyone to validate you, you are more than enough, you have always been enough and everything you want, claim it because it’s already yours!

My hard headed daughter, takes her “L’s” like a “G”! So last week we went to my grandma’s house— I told my daughter that they have so much salt down from the last snow so she shouldn’t run because she can slip and fall, I told her this TWICE! Well last night I dropped them over there and look who fell! I don’t know if you can hear me in the background asking “who fell” but she didn’t admit it. One day them kids gon listen, you can laugh— she is fine! Look at how fast she got up! lol

It was a good conversation feat. , and , where we gained different perspectives and discussed the negative connotations around medicating those dealing with A.D.D and A.D.H.D. Having a child with this diagnosis, it was important for me to gain both perspectives. It’s tough to make decisions for your child, but you also don’t want to be a disservice to them.
