What time should you post on social media?🕛
Well, check your analytics & see when your followers are mainly active online! Click "audience" in your insights tab. I've said it before & I'll say it again...analytics are there for a reason, use them!

💭CUSTOMER REVIEWS ARE POWERFUL FOR YOUR MARKETING💭
What your customers say about you is SO important. It is a well known fact, and a finding when I looked into this for my dissertation (based around the credibility of cosmetic blogs), that customers increasingly rely on their peers to make an informed decision about a purchase. Credibility, authenticity & trust are a main factor when customers decide what company to buy from. Customers trust their peers and want their opinion, so what they say about you and your products is important.
Reviews can be posted from your customers on search engines, as well as social media channels! You could ask your customers to send you reviews of your products and with their permission, post these on your socials. You could make a highlight on Instagram, so potential customers can easily find your reviews!

Try a SWOT!
A SWOT analysis stands for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities & threats. SWOT is a tool to help you analyse and identify yourself within the market.
💫STRENGTHS - these are your USP's, things you're good at & what makes you stand out from the crowd. Is it your customer service, or something unique about your product?
💫WEAKNESSES - what could you improve on? Could you be more efficient, or do you need help with marketing?
💫OPPORTUNITIES - what new trends in society or your industry, could you use and adapt within your business? A main example would be new fashion trends for a fashion retailer, or new food and drinks trends for a restaurant and bar.
💫THREATS - what are some factors that may hinder you in the future? Identifying these early can help you to overcome them. What are other companies up to?
Splitting into 4 sections & writing these down may make this easier, so that each element is comparable to one another. Use this to identify strengths that you could further shout about to your customers, or opportunities within the industry, aswell as see how you could improve👍

Fact Friday...keep your socials consistent. Posting once a week isn't enough - its better than nothing, but keep going! Your customers see SO much content on a weekly basis...keep your posts going, ATLEAST 3 a week if thats all you can manage...get your posts in front of your customers!!
Keep your branding on point too...through your colour palettes, fonts, imagery etc.

A CTA helps direct your customer to your website, products, product information, sign up, "more information" page, contact information and much more.
Adding a CTA within your social media posts helps put context and a reason to your post. They can also help with your strategy and goals, whether this be increase website traffic, sales or engagement.
CTA's should also be added to your email marketing, via buttons & websites!💻📧
