ওমানের সুপ্রিম কমিটির দেওয়া আদেশে আগামী ১ সেপ্টেম্বর থেকে বাংলাদেশ, ইন্ডিয়া, সহ সকল প্রবাসী ভ্রমণ করতে পারবেন।
* করোনা ভাইরাস এর ভ্যাকসিন/টিকা নেওয়া থাকতে হবে (ওমান সরকারি অনুমতি আছে এমন)।

*করোনা ভাইরাস টেস্ট বাধ্যতামূলক, এবং ওমান এয়ারপুর্টে যদি করোনা ভাইরাস আক্রান্ত সনাক্ত আসে, তখনই অবশ্যই ৮\১০ দিন কোয়ারান্টাই থাকতে হবে।

Reminder: Night lockdown begins from 10 pm today
Muscat: The Supreme Committee tasked with tackling developments resulting from coronavirus (COVID-19) held a meeting today under the chairmanship of Sayyid Hamoud Faisal al-Busaidy, Minister of Interior, to follow up updates on the pandemic, discuss protection measures and seek ways to curb its impacts.

The Committee expressed thanks and appreciation to individuals and the society for what it described as “great commitment” to procedures endorsed recently to stem the devastating epidemic. It valued positive response to the total lockdown, which involved a ban on movement of people and vehicles during Eid Al Ad’ha days. The Committee expressed its gratitude to all civil, military and private establishments, as well as working teams for the “exceptional efforts” exerted during the lockdown.

The Supreme Committee decided that the restriction on commercial activities and movement of individuals and vehicles will continue during a reduced period between 10 pm and 4 am , starting from 10 pm on Thursday. This will remain in force until further notice.

Seven expats have been arrested by the Royal Oman Police (ROP), on charge of electronic fraud.

A statement issued online by ROP said: "Muscat Governorate Police Command, in cooperation with the General Department of Investigations and Criminal Investigations, arrested seven expatriates on charges of electronic fraud."

"The criminal method used was to send text messages via mobile phone to a group of people that includes a fake request by a bank to call the phone number attached to the message to activate their bank cards and during the call, bank data was taken from the victims and the fraudsters would withdraw money from their accounts."

"The Royal Oman Police called on people not to be lead on by anonymous messages, communications or links and not to provide anyone with any personal data, such as the credit card number, the password and the bank account number," the statement added
