On this episode the gang discusses an important film and its importance towards modern America, and the changes it brought about. Just kidding we talked about Frankenhooker and how goofy it was. So sit back relax and listen to our break down of this silly hyper-campy romp of a film. This movie is an entire mess but surprisingly respectful to the subcultures it depicts, and of course we are too!

We also talk about our top 5 boobs...in a super mature adult way of course.

What should we watch next? Let us know!

In this episode we discuss Possessor, the 2020 film by Brandon Cronenberg. This episode our review is a little more vague and not as spoiler-filled as normal because we really want you all to stop what you're doing & go watch it!

We also rank Star Wars films, discuss our top favorite body horror moments in film, and get serenaded by the sounds of Clare & Lu's neighborhood. We decided to take our recording to the front yard (with masks on!) so we could meet in person again, and things get pretty interesting. What should we watch next?

It’s time for episode 4! This week we’re mad about witches! In both senses, really. First we talk about our top 5 favorite witches (and rant about those we hate), and then we discus the 1990 hit film The Witches!

Clare was on Get Soft with Dr Snuggles this week to discuss Countess Dracula’s O**y of Blood! Check it out!!!

Dr. Snuggles and friends return for episode 92 of your guide to the truly astonishing world of softcore films, and the world’s number one podcast on that subject!

Various world events, lurgies, bugs and viruses stopped us from doing Inga II this episode as planned - don’t worry, it’s coming up next time! - so we’re back to the films of the legendary Don F. Glut! Texas Mike is here as always with our series projects, and we’re also joined by the very wonderful Clare of Screaming Celluloid podcast and also various delightful meme pages fame. And this time, we’re back to vampires once again, with 2004’s Countess Dracula’s O**y of Blood! Whoa, hope the film can live up to that title! Two vampire siblings war for the love of a mortal woman in 2004 LA, irritating the other vampires with the trail of destruction and murder they leave behind. Bonus: the movie also features original goth metal, goth rock, and goth folk music.

Of course, the most notable thing about this film is the fact that it’s one of just two American films to star the late Spanish horror legend Paul Naschy! So we can’t pass up the opportunity to talk about the life and career of the Man Who Saw Frankenstein Cry, as well as discussing the relative truthiness of some of Naschy’s various anecdotes and claims. He loved to tell a story, and sure, some of them probably weren’t true, but he told them well nonetheless.
