I thought I’d share a little of what I’ve been doing on my YT Shorts. I’ve been drawing mostly on my iPad but getting some hand drawing in to, and experimenting with different pattern making grids on Amaziograph.

I’ve added a taster here, but there are many, maaaaany more on my YouTube Shorts list.

(I’m also planning to add some of these designs to a SpoonFlower store, so watch this space for when that happens!)

I’m still keeping my fingers busy with stitching, and I decided to add some more to the Omori blackwork project, and the seasonal ditching too.

Unfortunately due to all the unwellnezz, I’m a bit behind with filming. Therefore there won’t be a Friday Fabric Fumble this week. However, Squinks and I will be attending the Birmingham ComicCon on Friday and Saturday, so hopefully I will be able to share some clips from that!

I’m still unwell so filming and editing are falling a little behind - sorry folks!

However I’m still keeping my fingers busy! I’m working on more of these seasonal themed patches - and I’m hoping I get enough made in time to put in the post!

But… I have mastered the bullion knots! I’m so pleased with these!

No filming today due to a head cold, so I’ve been playing with chicken scratch/gingham lace embroidery again!

I still love this process, and I’m enjoying making some decorative squares that can be turned into patches, or maybe for a wilting project with a few extra-fancy squares.

I’m just here enjoying the little bit of snugness I’m getting from my crazy quilting. I’m kinda itching to create a bigger version of it someday! But for now, I’m enjoying my usual Friday fabric fun.

Hey folks!

As the weather gets colder and damper, I’m moving back into my house from my “studio” (a dilapidated and very damp old sun room attached to our house!) where I do my paint pour art and paintings.

This means that for the next few months I’ll be working on more “indoors” type of work, so stitching, drawing or digital art rather than acrylic painting on canvas.

When Springtime springs again I can move back out there and start throwing paint around again!

In the meantime, I hope you enjoy my digital art Shorts. I’m getting the hang of working on a screen rather than a canvas, but it doesn’t hurt to use this time to improve my skills!

I’d love to know what you think of the story so far.
