It is with deep sadness and regret that with have to announce the closure of our radio station.

Like everything at the moment, the cost to deliver and manage the radio framework is about to go up, quite significantly, to an annual fee that is beyond our original budget, and as such we have decided to step away from broadcasting. This has been a hard pill to swallow, as we have recently observed a 35% uptick in listener numbers from the same time last year, something we are immensely proud of. We were also in the process of onboarding some great new DJs too, and planning to open up some additional slots for guest appearances.

So far now, the radio player will be removed from our website later today, however, everything else will remain and you’ll still be able to listen back to all the previous dope! shows from all of our artists. We’re not going anywhere though, we’re just diversifying, so watch this space…

We would like to thank you all for the continued love and support you have shown for Universal Rhythms, and we must pay massive respect to all the DJs for creating incredible shows each and every week/month.
