I remember filling out my ppd screening and not realizing how high it was till they told me. I remember crying on the phone to my grandma and her telling me I had ppd. I remember the obgyn office calling me multiple times to try and help. But I ignored it all because I told myself I couldn’t slow down I had too many goals and dreams to accomplish in that time. We made it through but not without regrets I have very little memories of my son at that age and I wish I wouldn’t have gotten the help I needed instead of trying to touch it out. If this is you please don’t be afraid to ask for help 🫶🏼
