Last night was part of a dream come true. I really can’t put it quite into words everything leading up to the night of the event. This journey has been scary, difficult, breathtaking, exciting, emotional, and so many other things from when I picked up my first camera as a little kid until now. I was able to open my heart up and my vision to you last night of where Dennis Films started and where it is going. I was personally very nervous and scared to do this event when Allison, my mom, and myself decided to move forward with it in order to take the next step. When I tell you, we didn’t expect this turn out, we truly didn’t. We SOLD OUT, AND had a waitlist. I still feel like this wasn’t real. Some of our visions and goals, like Spellbound, COST A LOT OF MONEY HAHA … So we wanted to do something where we could raise money for this film, and for cinema line equipment, but also give something back to the community, family, and friends. An experience. I genuinely hope that everyone that went had a good time, and had an unforgettable experience. I hope that you were able to enjoy the evening, and escape the troubles of the world for just a little bit. We love telling stories, and giving people an escape on film. It moved me so much to see joy, laughter, and tears across the room when we played UnbelievaBowl. This film has changed my life. I keep thinking about the Southern Oasis Film Festival, and how this event allowed us to learn, and grow, and take action. We are anxious to start production on our upcoming film Spellbound and we will definitely see you all again for that.
Family & Parents - You’ve dreamed with me from day 1, you’ve seen me at my worst, and at my best, and you love me through it all.
Allison Felty - This roller coaster isn’t stopping, and it’s about to get crazier. Thank you for everything. So lucky to have you in my life. You have pushed me as a friend, and as a filmmaker. Thank you for being an amazing person, and for all your patience with my very scattered brain. Thank you for also being an amazing writer and storyteller….AND actress!
Sadie Dennis - Sadie, my sweet sister in law. Everything you all saw from the UnbelievaBowl branding, Pop Rocks Poster, to the new Spellbound graphics and announcements was ALL HER. I tell her the vibe, tell her the vision, and she always does better than I could have hoped for when she designs our graphics, posters, and marketing material. Sadie you truly have a gift, and I feel so lucky and excited every time I see your designs.
Maryville Christian School - You all don’t see me much, however I’m around Matthew and Allison a lot. Ya’ll have no idea how much those two individuals love you all from the students to the faculty and staff. Your support last night meant so much to Matthew and Allison, and it also really impacted me. To the students who were dancing in the front…..people LOVED THAT. You really help set the atmosphere, and you brought smiles to so many faces. Thank You.
FRIENDS - So many people got to come that I went to school with, and have grown up with. It was so so so important for me to see you there and I’ll remember it forever. Thank you for your support.

We have another little tradition that we did not share during the documentary, but Aleena has been a big part of our premieres and I share so many special memories from working with her. She always makes us the best cakes and I was sad we couldn’t fit that into this event…..BUT SHE BROUGHT US THE CAKE IF YOU DIDN’T SEE IT. One of the best surprises. Thank you Aleena. ❤️
